"Portland Resourcing are seeking for a Change Manager for initially 3 month contract based in Switzerland.
Our client, a global organization are preparing for a global Workday implementation for HR.
We are looking for an Organizational Change Manager with previous experience of working on Workday implementations.
Key skills and background
* Conduct strong stakeholder management across the company in close cooperation with the program leadership and project team
* Coach/advice Business Partners to facilitate the change Business with executives and middle management to influence key and end users
* Conduct change impact assessment
* Co-develop the communication campaign with an external company, develop and execute the communication plan
* Develop and implement end user adoption plan
* Develop end user training
* Conduct readiness assessments
