Workday Business Analyst (m/f)

Our Client is an international group operating in the packaging sector, with European HQ in Zurich. For the current transformation of the HR Information System, they are looking for a HRIS Business Analyst Support to join the newly formed HRIS team.

We are looking for people who are already living in Switzerland and could be available to start a new employment AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,

The main activities will include:

- Provide user level application support and guidance
- Deliver service excellence by investigating, effective troubleshooting, resolving incidents and requests whilst managing expectations and communications
- Provide specialist knowledge of the existing HR Information System to the business users
- Create and update training manuals, process documents and policies where necessary
- Manage escalations through to resolution within across a number of teams including 3rd party suppliers
- Proactively identify training requirements for individual end users and teams
- Maintain and develop the knowledge base for frequently asked questions and how to guides
- Responsible for managing user feedback used to drive improvements
- Spend time in each area of business to understand their specific support needs

For this role you will bring:

- Experience with supporting/implementing Workday
- Implementation or Support experience in Core HCM is a must
- Implementation or Support experience in Absence Management, Benefits management would be highly desirable
- Experience within internal-client focused environment and support oriented role
- Experience in servicing a wide range of internal inquiries from a diverse group, delivering professional and timely resolution
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills to identify root cause and permanent resolution
- Preferred experience of manufacturing industry
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural, multi-regional environment
