Work Stream Leader

Work Stream Leader wanted within an international bank based in Zurich

YOUR TASKS:

- Working as a member of project management for a key projects within the General Counsel division
- Planning, managing and coordinating of a project stream on operational readiness of functions ie ramp-up and transitions as well as alignment of shared services
- Challenging work stream plans, content and spotting issues
- Developing project documents and reporting for project management updates to senior management
- Resolving issues and producing various project documents on time as well as supporting work stream leaders on a day-to-day basis
- Advising work stream leaders to deliver in time with high quality and with effective and efficient resource and cost management

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Understanding Risk, Legal and Complience
- University degree (business and/or legal preferably)
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in project management, consulting or similar functions
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines
- Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills, customer-oriented attitude, flexibility and adaptability
- Knowledge of legal and/or compliance activities is an advantage
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
