Wordings Specialist - Insurance - London - Contract

A Wordings Specialist is required to provide a strong technical knowledge of Binding Authorities for a leading Lloyds syndicate. As Technical Underwriting Manager of this specialist Syndicate, you will create the Policy Documentation across the Syndicates portfolio, drafting new policy wordings documentation and reviewing Coverholder and Broker produced wordings.

Further, this role will act as the Technical referral point on Wordings and Coverage and ensure that the policy documentation is consistent with the Syndicates Conduct Risk principles.

The ideal candidate must be technically astute, leveraging a strong understanding of Insurance Law and Regulation as well as experience drafting a breadth of non marine policies.

- Extensive Lloyds Insurance experience
- Knowledge of Binding Authorities
- Policy Documentation
- Knowledge of Coverholder and Broker wordings
- Strong technical knowledge around Wordings and Coverage
- Strong Legal and Regulatory knowledge
- Understanding of Marine and non-marine policies
