Wireless Service Manager

Yoh has a nine (9) month contract opportunity for a WIRELESS SERVICE MANAGER to join our client, a leading provider within the wireless industry located in Irving, TX.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Service Manager I for vCloud Express works with all service delivery teams to ensure that Client effectively meet client requirements while balancing business objectives. The Service Manager I for vCloud Express will receive after-hours calls.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as client advocate and primary point of contact for assigned vCloud Express clients.
- Primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Flag customer accounts as potentially fraudulent and take appropriate action.
- Primary point of contact for multi-client impacting issues.
- Create and manage cross-functional internal teams. Track deliverables for assigned clients.
- Coordinate Change Management activities and notification.
- Adhere and promote Customer Support and operational processes/procedures.
- Manage manual billing file. Research billing issues. Process credits as necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

- Position requires an enthusiastic, positive person with the following background:
- One to three (1-3) years experience applying your technical background in a client-facing role
- One to three (1-3) years expertise within the retail/consumer domain
- demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous clients
- customer service focused, results-oriented and explicit can-do attitude
- experience in a fast-paced environment applying your problem-solving skills
- conceptual-level understanding of the Internet and virtualization
- strong documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
