Wireless NOC (Network Operations Center) Support Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a WIRELESS NOC (NETWORK OPERATIONS CENTER) TECHNICIAN to join our client located in Overland Park, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Initiating the ticketing process for network outages.
- Working cross departmentally to ensure that outages are properly reported and resolved.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to three (2-3) years experience in a similar type of role.
- Experience with Tier I Network Support especially in a Telecommunications Network.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Familiar with large scale telecommunication networks (SONET, DWDM, and DCS) is preferred.
- Prior Wireline or Wireless NOC, Engineering/Installation, or Field Operations experience.
- May be required to work an overnight shift.
- Must be able to learn quickly and manage changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
