We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to join their project in China.

Position Title: Wireless Network Planning and Optimization Consultant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: October 2015
Duration: 6 months initial
Location: Shenzhen/Shanghai/Sweden

Responsibilities:
- Approach mobile operators worldwide for new business opportunities in the areas of MBB network planning, deployment and optimization. The focus will be on wireless radio frequency (RF) and radio access network (RAN) fields.
- Identify key high-level customers requirements in the area of MBB network planning, deployment and optimization.
- Guide the customers network strategies and investment directions.
- Meet with CxO and high-level management customers/operators and provide formal presentation at various forums and road shows.
- Provide service solution to improve customers' cost, quality and efficiency, and recommendations to introduce future-oriented to-be service operating model and tools system.
- Identify sales opportunities during assignments and/or with existing customers, communicate to appropriate business development areas for the client.
- Build, manage and own the customer relationship, capture customer requirements and analyze customer pain points to identify and agree solution deliverables for engagement.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 10+ years of working experience with wireless/MBB network planning, deployment and optimization.
- Strong wireless technology background and extensive experience in Projects Operations on wireless network planning and deployment projects (medium and large-scale projects).
- Profound knowledge in mobile operator organization structure, operating model, P&E processes and tool system for wireless/MBB network. To be able to understand operator's high-level needs and visions.
- Familiar with industry wireless pre-sales, and consulting workflow and methodology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with CxO and high-level management. Excellent presentation skills.
- Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Communications, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
- Willingness to travel overseas if needed.
- Fluent English language skills.
