WIRELESS NETWORK ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Plano Texas

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Network Engineer will be the interface between the Application layer team and the customer Networks layer team.
- The NE will be documenting, and enforcing system standards.
- As the requirements come in from application side, need to be able to provide documents such as CIQ, Low Level and High Level Designs.
- Create documents for Solution Integration Engineers and support as needed.
- Creating CIQ (Customer Inquiry format), PIF (Customer Inquiry customer format), diagrams and LLD for the diversity of solutions.
- Maintaining of the documents and keeping them updated on time.
- Establishing networking environments by designing system configuration together with application team.
- Maintain HW and SW requirements.
- Presenting to the customer and working together to polish and finalize it together with internal and external customer teams.
- Troubleshooting network problems and outages, act as a second line of support for SI.
- Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation.
- Understanding data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.
- Support and administration of Firewall and Load Balancers environments in line with IT security policy.
- Understanding of routing and switching network topology.
- Remote support of on-site engineers and customers during installation.
- Audit of IP Addressing, hostnames and FQDN records within data centers.
- Liaising with project management team lead solution architect, subcontractor and engineers on a regular basis.
- Speaking with customers via email and phone for initial requirement capture.
- Presenting and writing documents if needed for new solution/requirements or instigation for a faults.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong IP Networking Skills
- Strong VLAN
- Good experience with IP Subnetting
- CCNP Certification level preferred
- Bachelors or Master's Degrees Computer Science, IT, IS or Engineering or equivalent and demonstrable hands-on and direct experience with fulfills job requirements
- Need Wireless Telecom Network Engineer with strong IP experience.
- Candidate needs a solid IP background that understands VLANs and subnetting
- Candidate will be interface between our Application layer team and the customer Network team.
- Professional level IP Network certification is preferred.
