Wireless (Mobile) Packet Core and Data Integration and Operations Engi

Flint Consulting currently have a vacancy for a Wireless (Mobile) Packet Core and Data Integration and Operations engineer for a 3 month assignment based in Atlanta, Georgia.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for design and implementation and support of wireless data network elements.
- Be the principal architect for wireless packet gateway/GGSN deployment.
- Responsible for initial design, configuration and delivery of end to end functionality for the platform along with connection of the network elements with external network elements.
- Perform appropriate level of research and development for future growth and enhancements of wireless data network platforms.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 5 to 7 years at a wireless network operator or at one of telecommunication service providers
- Possess GSM/GPRS/UMTS/LTE industry knowledge and experience.
- Design and implementation experience of packet network domain at a commercial wireless operator network preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Systems Mobile Network Product strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be self-directed and a self-starter.
- LTE network design or deployment experience a strong plus
