Our client - the world leader in IP Networking and communications - is looking for a superstar in Wireless LAN Technologies. The position is a RTP based customer Support Engineer that will function as a technical expert and as a the go-to support person for large account network problem resolution.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging and administering some of the following Wireless LAN products, devices, and technologies for small, medium, large and/or enterprise businesses:

- Wireless Access Points, Client Association, and Controllers.
- CSMA/CA, RTS, CTS protocols.
- RF transmission COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">or this level of engineer the bonus would be about 12% of base salary assuming satisfactory performance. Offers dental
