WIRELESS ENGINEER - FRANCE (PARIS)

1 X WIRELESS ENGINEER, FRANCE  is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international telecommunication company. Location is France. Fluent English and French and similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.

Key Responsibilities

- To Follow - up the L4L cluster acceptance in SFR network from D+1 monitoring until acceptance signature
- To monitor the performances in the clusters assigned and to optimize to reach the non-regression threshold
- To collect, post process the Drive Test measurements before and after swap
- To produce reports acceptance in Huawei format to deliver to Huawei PM assigned to validate them
- To insure the performances monitoring per site during the clusters acceptance phase
- Troubleshooting and Worst cell list analysis.
- Show the 3G improvement through a report detailing the performances improvement respect the before Swap according to the defined 3G OSS KPIs.
- Show the 3G improvement through a report detailing the performances improvement respect the before Swap according to the 3G E2E KPI by compare before Swap and after optimization performances

Qualifications

- Familiar with mobile operators
- Good knowledge of wireless technology (Radio interface, S1/X2, protocols, LTE features), and basic IP knowledge.
- Knowledge of Huawei equipments is a plus
- Flexible to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, presentation, communication & teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate easily with customer about technical issues
- Swap experience and good knowledge of troubleshooting and 3G
- Ability to suggest solutions and pro-active personality
- Fluent in English and in French (French mother tongue)
