Wintel System Engineering

* Ensuring the stability and functional operation of the server infrastructure (physical/virtual) and core services such as Active Directory, virtual environments, file services, e-mail services (MS Exchange, Mobile Iron) and other services in IT Operations team remit
* Servicing operational and change requests, incident/problem resolution including root cause analysis
* Supporting IT teams in the management of regional IT projects
* Managing IT vendors in the region
* Working with IT PMO and Global Business Continuity Management to plan and co-ordinate business continuity activity as required
* Provide backup coverage for end user / 1st level support as required to service desk
