The role is will see you performing level 1-2 BAU incidents, changes and service requests in Windows and VMware environment.
You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills both verbal and written as the successful candidate will be expected to document processes and complete knowledge articles.
You will be able to demonstrate in-depth experience around:
- Windows 200,2003,2008,2013
- VMware ESX 3.5/4/5
- Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp
- Antivirus and Security Software
- Storage devices
