Wintel Specialist- Investment Banking

I have a great new opportunity to work for leading investment bank as a Wintel specialist. My client is in the market for a strong Wintel specialist with excellent Netscaler support experience in an infrastructure environment. You will ideally come from a dynamic enterprise environment with a number of years experience within the Wintel space. The Wintel specialist will be responsible for end to end management and support of the windows, Citrix and VMware technology stack, used by the business Globally. Experience of supporting large Mission critical Servers is essential. Their will be an element of support, engineering and projects work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deployment, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, Performance and tuning, patching, monitoring and Scripting

Strong knowledge of DEll, HP and IBM platforms

Understanding of project management framework (PMP, Prince Agile)

KEY SKILLS:

In depth admin skills in Windows 2012, 2008 and 2003

Citrix Netscaler Appliance (SDX/VPX.MPX) 10.x (Acess Gateway, GSLB configuration)

Experience of managing 1000+ Servers

VMware vSphere Installation, configuration and maintenance

Automation and Scripting (Powershell, VBScript)

Excellent Troubleshooting skills

Strong ITIL Skills in change and incident management
