IT SPECIALIST WINTEL - AMSTERDAM - ASAP - TILL 31 DEC 2014 (EXTENSION)

Typical examples of the deliverables are building PROOF-OF-CONCEPT SOLUTIONS with server system technology and architecting server solutions to address client requirements

IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in solutioning and deploying Windows based  projects in line with the project charter, timelines and activities. Contractor is required to plan, develop, deliver, and deploy Windows solutions in line with organisations policies and practices and which can be fully supported by the delivery support organization.

Windows MSCE CERTIFIED 
Senior experience on WINDOWS 2003/2008 SERVEr
Familiar with security and compliancy in a Windows environment
Knowledge of Vmware virtualization
Good knowledge of server roles like: IIS, TS, SQL, PRINTING, RDP SERVICES
Certified for ESX3.X or later version.
Thorough Knowledge of MS-CLUSTER.
Thorough knowledge of current TSM Wintel client versions.
Knowledge of current TSM TDP VERSIONS.
Knowledge of (IBM TIVOLI) Monitoring.
Knowledge of and experience of SAN environments.
Knowledge of SMS (Optional)
Knowledge of Anti Virus product.
Knowledge of ISA.
Knowledge of CITRIX Presentation Server actual version.
Thorough knowledge of ITIL processes.
Willing to work within IBM standard processes

experience or equivalent experience working in large complex organisations
Min 5 years experience as a SENIOR WINTEL ENGINEER
Min 2 years experience working within Wintel projects
IBM Foundational Competencies
ITIL usage and process support

Experience in a complex enterprise organisation
More then 5 years relevant experience in WINDOWS PROJECT ENVIRONMENT
Experience in migrating applications to a new Windows version
Experience with RFS RFC processes
Working in a multi-domain environment with 2 way trusts and security groups

Solid business communication skills both written and verbal,

ITIL CERTIFICATION required.

English mandatory plus DUTCH PREFERRED.
