You must have the following experience :

6-8 years of experience in Windows System Administration, excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal Skills. The candidate should have worked in an SLA driven environment. Be able to function effectively in a large multi-tiered corporate environment and be results oriented. Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environment, possess well developed analytical skills and should be willing to aggressively learn new concepts and processes. You must have experience of support of Capital Markets Windows environments. Expertise on Windows and Active Directory administration, operation support of distributed infrastructure, manage patching, firmware upgrades and hardware replacement, ensure proper server backups, provide tier 2/3 support, manage infrastructure outages to resolution and provide root cause analysis and reporting and support the deployment of OS/Application upgrades.
