Wintel Engineer in Amsterdam

You are a motivated Ops engineer that would like to take his/her DevOps team to a higher level! You recognize problems and work to solve them by yourself and together with other colleagues. The client you will be working for is highly appreciated for its innovative way of working.

The DeVOps team you will be working in is responsible for the stability, integrity and availability of the application at all times. Providing level 2 support for the application will also be one of your tasks. Also, specifying, designing performance and acceptance tests is part of your job.

The technical skills that are required are:

- Experience with network and application security on the Windows server
- Experience with MS-SQL server
- Experience with Cobol application on Z/OS or MicroFocus
- Knowledge of JCL
- Familiarity with CICS, IBM MQ and Web Services would be a preferred
- Also: experience in CD pipeline with tools like Artifactory or Gitlab is a big plus!
