Providing customer break fix support during office hours.

Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.

Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems

Communicating clearly in written and verbal form (French and English mandatory,

Possess excellent customer service skills
-

Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned

Responsibility for the patch panel and the network plugs.
- Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects)

Technical skills required for this role

-

Experience with operating system installation using SCMM, anti-spyware, anti-virus, custom and commercial software
-

Good experience with trading applications: Reuters, Bloomberg, Ice, NeoVest, TrayPort, FutureSource
-

Experience with mobile telephony technologies (iPad, iPhone and Android)
-

Excellent knowledge on MS Office suite (2010 and 2013).
-

Proficiency in desktop support including knowledge of current Windows operating systems
-

Hardware support - laptops, Printers, Desktop, Telephony equipment's break fix
-

Backup restore of OS and Data
-

Procurement of Hardware, Maintaining the assets and Hardware spare stocks
-

Hands on Audio/Video Conferencing experience

Experience in network troubleshooting
-

Good knowledge on windows Active Directory and group policies
