Windows Technical Coordinator (f/m)

Starting date: March 2016
Length of the contract: 6 months with possibility of extension

Task description:
*Working as a technical coordinator for the implementation phase of a project aiming to integrate an infrastructure and associated services built for providing access to the Securities platforms
*Planning and coordinating test execution together with the involved provider, technical teams and end-users; liaising with the provider and technical teams for the acceptance and deployment of the service
*Supporting the addition of the new service in the service catalogue
*Activity planning and reporting
*Creating and reviewing processes and procedures
*Reviewing technical documentation

Your profile:
*Engineering and design experience
*Working experience with ISO 20000 principles and processes (particularly in the area of service management, change and release management), in integrating IT services, planning and coordinating the execution of acceptance tests
*Broad knowledge of Information Technology (e.g. Client/Server architecture, virtualization technologies, high availability concepts and technologies)
*Very good knowledge of Windows Server Operating systems
*Good understanding and awareness of IT Security principles
*Knowledge of Intercope BOX messaging hub and IT network infrastructure (Layers 2, 3 & 4 of the ISO OSI Model), concepts and technologies - are considered an advantage
*Very good command of English with proven drafting ability
