Windows Systems Engineer

Our direct client is in need of a Windows Systems Engineer at their Secaucus, NJ location for a 6+ month contract assignment. There is a strong possibility for Full time conversion!

This Windows Engineer will:
- Serve as a technical expert and contributor in infrastructure, systems engineering and operations.
- Act independently with little direction supporting the system engineering, hosting and system services; work closely with the networking, application development, and PMO teams locally and globally.
- Perform the necessary coordination, facilitation, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an enterprise technical architecture.

Required:

- 5+ years experience in Windows operating systems, network protocols and hardware virtualization technologies
- 2+ years experience in Virtualhands-on experience
- 5+ years working knowledge of enterprise-wide windows infrastructure, monitoring, and management solutions
- 5+ years sharp analytical abilities and proven design skills
- 5+ years of broad technical knowledge of current emerging windows technologies, including but not limited to virtual technologies such as cloud, enterprise file sharing, data encryption, and data migration techniques.
- 5+ years of strong communication skills, including written and verbal presentations

- Experience with working with remote/virtual team.
