MUST HAVE SKILLS: Windows OS experience, application troubleshooting experience, reporting VMware HP, IBM, or Cisco Hardware/Firmware Infrastructure Design experience. Good communication skills are required.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reporting deliverable that involves attention to detail and follow up with engineers. Cannot be afraid to be persistent with follow up
- Firmware upgrade and investigations
- Responsible for the construction and implementation of new Windows based infrastructure based on business requirements and adhering to tight operations, security, and procedural models
- Responsible for the ongoing maintenance, security, and availability of new Windows based infrastructure based on business requirements and adhering to tight operations, security, and procedural models
- Ability to operate in complex, highly-secure, and highly-available, operations environments and interact with the technology domain experts required to maintain those environments
- This position requires a candidate with strong hands on technical engineer professional with business acumen
- Responsible for mentoring junior team members, developing ITIL procedures and best practices standards
- Work with other Engineering Disciplines to develop Service Based Reference Architectures that can be offered as services to customers
- This position requires a dynamic, hard-working and ambitious individual, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidates will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and have experience working in large enterprise operational environments

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Expert knowledge in Windows hardware, software, and applications deployments
- Hands on Citrix experience (ie support, installation and architecture)
- MCSE or equivalent work experience
- Automation and Scripting experience preferred
- Extensive networking background preferred
- Extensive HP hardware experience
- Experience deploying and maintaining highly-available and highly-secure Windows based Servers and applications in a highly-available and highly-secure data center environment
- Hands-on VMWare (ie support, installation, and architecture)
- Scripting toolset experience and understanding
- Ability to conduct operational acceptance turnover meetings
- Ability to write technical design and build documentations for all aspects of a technical infrastructure
- Ability to integrate content from other domain areas and construct final technical design documents
