Windows Systems Administrator/Engineer

Resource 1 is in need of a Windows Systems Administrator/Engineer for a contract in Bolingbrook, IL.

The initial duration of the contract is 3 months, but extensions are highly anticipated, because of the long-term need. Looking for an individual that can jump in and contribute to the team by picking up regular Windows Admin responsibilities, reviewing existing systems assisting with new projects.

General responsibilities include troubleshooting, provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. Individual should have solid experience working with Windows 2008/2012 operating systems, Exchange Server, System Center, Active Directory/Group Policy and Virtualization. Individual must be able to build and troubleshoot windows Servers and have experience with Exchange. Individual should also have strong Windows Server build, deployment, and implementation skills. Will utilize windows technologies (AD, Exchange, Windows server) throughout the project. Team Lead experience and the ability to provide technical oversight and direction would be a plus. Other pluses include SAN Storage, Citrix (Virtual Desktop Tools), Network Security/Firewalls and Network (Routers/Switches). Local candidates are preferred and no third parties please.
