Windows System Support Specialist (Senior) Rome

A leading global IT Consultancy is recruiting for a Windows System Support Specialist to join the organisation in Rome, Italy.

As a Windows System Support Specialist you will be working the organisation on a 3 month rolling contract.

Prior experience in architecting: modifying and migration large scale Active Directory environments.

Work with teams to develop solution to third level third/design issues:

Provide 3rd level support to system administration and liaise with various technical teams.

Develop, write and maintain system operations and service deployment procedures in English.

Investigate and provide technical evaluation, for the operations system itself and associate software products.

Version and service pack upgrades as required, for the operating system itself and associated software products.

Configure, customise and deploy commercial software as requested.

Develop system upgrade procedures as requested.

EXPERIENCE

-Strong experience working on large Enterprise Active Directory environment (10+ domain)
-Good background experience as technical team lead on a 3rd level server support team.
-Experience with Active Directory planning and migration for large scale environment.
-Expert knowledge in Active Directory including, GPO management: DNS and Disaster Recovery.
-Must be certified in (MCSE, MCSA) or relevant field of expertise.

-System Center Operations Manager (SCCM)
-System Center Configuration Manager (SCOM)
