Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a Windows System Administrator

Key Requirements:

- System Administrator who follows-up the monitoring of the infrastructure and handles tickets such as requests, incidents or changes created by the users and by projects.
- Daily server monitoring checks.
- Implements server requests and changes.
- Troubleshoots server issues and incidents.
- Maintains server operation guides (user guides).
- Registers server problems.
- Drafting of procedures, installation notices and scripts for the integration, installation and upgrade of services.

Key Experience:

- ITIL v.3 Foundation certification is a requirement of the contract and needs to be obtained.
- Operating systems and datacentre.
- Microsoft Server Infrastructure Certifications (MCSE).
- Linux redHAT (RHCSA, RHCE, RHCJD, RHCJA).
- Data centre Virtualisation:

* VMWare 4/5/6 (VCA, VCP,VCAP, VCDX).
* Hyper-V (MCITP).
- Storage:

* NetAPP (NCSA,NCDA,NCIE).

Key Skills:

- Good command of Windows Server administration.(2003- 2016).
- Good command of Windows Active Directory and Group Policies administration.
- Good command of PowerShell Scripting (Patching, Security, packages, antivirus).
- Understanding of the network principles (routing, switching, VLAN, Firewall, protocol).
- Understanding of Linux principles (basic command, basic configuration).
- Microsoft Office products (Office 2010/2016).
- Windows configuration & troubleshooting (registry, configuration files).
