Windows Server Support Specialist

Daily Responsibilities:
Work in a fast-paced environment debugging customer issues, collaborate with multiple hardware and software vendors, provide technical training to internal and external stakeholders and help enable next generation product features. This is a customer support & services team so individual must be capable of resolving issues under pressure and be able to collaborate with engineering to find a solution if one is unavailable at the time of troubleshooting. Other responsibilities include documenting solutions/workarounds in a technical document for the level 1 customer support agents to use.

NECESSARY SKILLS (MUST HAVE):
. Minimum of 2 years of XenServer/VMWare experience
. 5+ years of Microsoft Windows Server/SBS
. 5+ years of networking/setting up Firewall
. 2 years of Linux
. 5+ years of customer experience
. 5+ years of server experience
. 2+ years of technical writing

Additional Skills Desired (Nice to Have):
. Backup and recovery experience a plus
. Scripting or any Programming experience a plus
. Microsoft/Novell certification a plus
