Languages: English (must), Dutch (preferred)

- IT Specialist: Good knowledge of Wintel OS/platform and IT organisation in general with emphasize on Wintel server 2003/2008.
- Good knowledge of ITIL process and procedures like change management, configuration management and CMDB process and tooling.
- Very good knowledge and experience with MS Office suite with emphasize on Excel.
- Very good team player and have a sharp eye regarding project time lines and milestones.
- Very good communicative skills specially writing in English language.
- Analytical and research capabilities

Extensive description of the role and responsibilities involved:

- Good knowledge of server Windows (server) Scripting/configuration; Powershell, Visual Basic
- Research of application components within Wintel server environments and identifies usage of unknown Servers.
- Wintel Configuration employee must be able to review Wintel server platform configurations and make needed procedural registration/adjustment in related ITIL/CMDB tools like PRISMA and Camera for this project.
- Wintel Configuration employee is able to work independent to find out the needed CMDB attributes by logging to the Wintel Servers and collect the related information from other tools, source and systems.
- He/She makes the needed CMDB adjustment also in base of our client's project information which would be delivered by the project teams.
- Support project teams to arrange and register project specifics items/mutations in the tools like mentioned above.

Extensive description of the required skills:

- Good knowledge and experience regarding Windows server platform and networking
- Good knowledge and experience on Windows 2003/2008 Server
- Good Knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Good understanding and knowledge of ITIL processes and foundations.
- Good knowledge of CMDB/IT asset registration in base of ITIL process.
- Willing to work within IBM standard processes.

Work experience needed:

- Experience with working in large complex organizations
- Min 3 years experience in the IT related activities
- Min 2 years experience working with Wintel platform (Win2003/Win2008)
