Windows Server Project Manager

My client is currently running a Windows 2003 based server environment. This project is to upgrade and deploy 2012 server operating system. The key objective of the project is to perform application analysis and identify required remediation, manage remediation activities, obtain server licensing under enterprise agreement, design and implement server upgrade across my client's server fleet within the required timeframe to ensure no breach of support is experienced.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Delivery of the Windows 2003 to 2012 Server upgrade project within schedule and budget
- Financial management and reporting
- Project reporting
- Generate board and senior management reports
- Stakeholder management, inclusive of business engagement
- Management of project resources
- Implement project within release and change management guidelines using designated frameworks as directed.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience implementing Windows server deployment across a diverse environment
- Proven experience in working at a high technical level or similar infrastructure project management experience
- Experience in a Virtual server and physical desktop environment
- Experience with application compatibility and remediation for server compliance
- Experience with business client engagement
