Windows SCCM Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Windows Client Management via SCCM
- Engineering for Windows upgrades, driver management, device imaging, and the certification of new Windows devices from different vendors
- Working closely with vendors, user group representatives and regional IT Managers
- Requirements gathering, design, engineering, rollout and 3rd level support
- Create or complete documentation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems / Technology or related fields or equivalent educational qualification
- Profound experience in Windows Client Management or in workplace management
- Fluent in English and proven expertise in document writing, vendor/stakeholder management and Windows rollouts
- Basic knowledge in related IT infrastructure field (network, identity management, software packaging)
- Passion for innovation, critical analysis and reporting
- Commitment to collaborative problem solving and creating quality solutions
