MY DUTIES:

- Preparing and staging new Windows notebooks with Intune according to existing procedures and guidelines
- Reinstalling existing MacOS devices with Jamf according to existing procedures and guidelines
- Data backup from the old devices
- Rollout of the devices to the end customers and support for the initial registration
- Brief instruction
- Independent appointment making
- Take-back and documentation of old devices
- Documentation of the devices issued
- Troubleshooting client problems
- Handover to the company

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Great knowledge in the rollout field (Windows and Mac clients)
- Good knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Safe in dealing with Jira and Confluence
- Good English and German skills
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
