Windows LSA Active Directory/Exchange 2010

The contract is with a large consultancy to be on assignment in Brussels.

The client is urgently seeking a strong Windows LSA with very good knowledge and recent experience of the following tools:- Very strong knowledge in Windows Server 2008 & 2012 (+ MS Office)
Very strong knowledge in Active Directory
Very strong knowledge in Exchange 2010
Knowledge of Sharepoint 2010 and Altiris is an advantage
Knowledge of EVault and MRS is a strong advantage
Knowledge of Lync is a strong advantage

Contract: 3 months

Languages: EN mandatory (FR is welcome)

Tasks:

Resolve complex system problems within agreed SLA.
Produce problem reports and works with other technical support personnel
Demonstrate a high level of support knowledge of technical systems, and/or assist in the analysis and definition of complex hardware and/or software related problems on site or "remote".
Retain call ownership throughput problem resolution process on assigned tasks
Track and document problems utilising established problem tracking and reporting systems.
Liaise with manufacturers and/or vendors during problem resolution.
Contact FSR when required and advise/instruct them on what actions need to be taken.
Provide proactive maintenance services on technical systems
Perform all tasks within agreed SLA
Provide presales technical support to the sales team
