ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is looking for a Windows Infrastructure Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. The Windows Infrastructure Manager will head up a mid-size team of Engineers to ensure the optimization of a production Windows environment. This is an enterprise-level environment consisting of 1000+ Servers. The Windows Infrastructure Manager will also assist with the design and implementation of Disaster Recovery strategies. The Windows Infrastructure Manager must be comfortable and willing to get down in the trenches and be a hands-on resource. Candidates must be experienced working in a Windows environment and have demonstrated product knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and SCCM.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience in the following skill sets
Windows Server Team/Infrastructure/IT Operations Team
Management/Lead
Budget Creation/Management
Training/Mentoring
Vendor Selection
Business/IT Liaison
Enterprise Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 Administration (Minimum 50+ Servers)
VMware ESXi5 -OR- Hyper-V 2008 R2/2012 (in Enterprise-Level Environment)
MS Exchange 2007/2010
Active Directory 2003/2008
3+ years of experience in the following skill sets
Disaster Recovery
Planning/Development/Implementation of Sites and Strategies
Maturity Assessments
Reference Architecture
Business Continuity - Management/Establishing Processes/Coordination Efforts
Excellent English
