Windows Infrastructure Administrator

Synergy Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Windows Infrastructure Administrator to fill a contract position, for at least six months, with a Fortune 500 company in the Cleveland/Akron area.

In this position, you will be working with a team that provides day-to-day support, request fulfillment, troubleshoot and resolve issues within a global infrastructure.

The position pays between $35 - $45 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and deploy Windows systems, DNS, Active Directory, and other core infrastructure components in an enterprise environment

Diagnose and delegate problems as they arise

Provide onsite support coverage during business hours, on-call support rotation after hours shared by 5 admins

Collaborate across teams on detailed technical requirements, implementation approaches and problem solving

Ability to independently analyze problems, research potential technical solutions, evaluate alternatives, and present recommendations to IT managers

Implement and troubleshoot enterprise server architecture

Solve problems using advanced technologies

Automate tasks via Scripting and automation tools

Maintain and update documentation on all production systems

Maintain and build positive customer, partner, and peer relationships

Qualifications:

A strong understanding of Windows Operating System and the programs it supports
