On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced WINDOWS DESKTOP SUPPORTER. For this contractual job for 6 months (with extension) in Nyon, our customer is looking for a fluent English and French speaking staff with the following background.
YOUR ROLE:
-First and Second Level Support
- Support for all Client employees at the defined location
- Daily Business from 8 am until 12 pm & 1 pm until 5 pm or against another agreement
- Software and hardware support
- Client Support for Windows7, WindowsXP, Office Palette and Lotus Notes
- PC, Notebook, Printer, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad and Mobilephone Support etc.
- Ordering hardware and software on behalf of the customer
- Knowledge about ticket system
- Coordination of incidents
YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced in Windows7 - 10 Office Environment
- Knowledge in Support for PC, Notebook, Printer, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad and Mobilephone
- Good Know How of Vmware
- Knowledge of ticket system
- Advanced social and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented thinking
- Convincing communication skills
- Experienced in all necessary tools, processes, methods, best practices, etc. accordingly
- Fluent English and French spoken and written
