Must have 3 to 4 years of BSA experience in General Banking, Retail Banking, Home Mortgage

Should have experience as a BSA who can translate/articulate business needs into IT requirements and assist in functional/system testing activities

Should be able to write Reports, FS Documents

Should be able to understand technology and engage with Technical team to assist and clarify

Should be able to prepare functional Test plan and user acceptance criteria

Should be able to develop Use cases/User Story?

Working experience in Agile projects
