Windows Client Application Developer

For this contract position with a world renowned computer components brand, you will be developing Windows Application software distributing content to remote devices, monitoring those devices, and assuring they are secure and robust. The suite of applications includes user interface, server database, and network applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and validate Windows C#/.NET software
- Add new features to the software by researching details, authoring a prototype and/or a design specification
- Participate in regular SCRUMs

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 5 years as a software developer on Windows
- 2 years hands-on coding experience in.NET, C#, SQL
- Skills in enhancing existing software
- Ability to set up, configure, and deploy Windows clients and Servers
- ability to collaboratively solve problems

NICE TO HAVE:

- C/C++, LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP or Python)
- Windows Server IT skills
- Agile development methods
- Tools for builds, software obfuscation, and DB maintenance
- Experience with Secure Development Life Cycle (SDL)
