Windows 8 Migration Program Manager
Our large multinational end-client in Geneva, Switzerland, is currently looking for an English speaking Windows 8 Migration Program Manager to handle a complex portfolio of projects aiming a global Windows and Office migration.
You will provide subject matter expertise in strategic deployment planning, work with existing IT team on compatibility and acceptable testing of different applications against their Windows 8 image and provide added value to help streamline their efforts.
You will communicate the different architectural views covering all aspects of the solution and defining common mechanisms for interactions between software components.
Ensure the technical design aligns with the overall enterprise architecture and strategy for software.
Your Profile
*You are a proactive leader with a vision and solid communication skills
*Strong Project Management skills. Certification is an asset (PMI, Prince2)
*Prior experience guiding large organisations though Windows migrations is required
*Windows technical and functional overview of the product
*Experience with designing, building, deploying and managing enterprise desktop environments including desktop and application virtualization
*Prior experiencing in deploying and driving OS implementations in large environments
*Excellent communication, administrative, change management, project management and documentation skills
