Windows 7 Support Desk Engineer (SC) - Blackpool

Currently seeking a Windows 7 Desktop Support Engineer, to be based on site in Blackpool on a 5 month contract to be confirmed by the client.

Due to the nature of the role and the time scale and requirements issue dby the client, candidates have been asked to hold current SC level security clearance for this role.

SUPPORT DESK ENGINEER - LYTHAM ST ANNE, BLACKPOOL

The candidate will join a highly skilled team of engineers providing technical Desktop support to Civil Servants. The successful applicant will be flexible with a pragmatic approach to IT Support, will have first/second line support background, and have good customer service and communication skills.

The candidate will Resolve/monitor customer escalations as appropriate, and will establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with key objectives in Incident resolution, Achieving SLA obligations, and in maintaining and building the business.

The candidate should be smart, intelligent and be self-motivated; able to work alone or as part of a team. 

All candidates must be skilled in all Desktop engineer work, such as profile resets, machine rebuilds, software downloads, remote access and VPN etc ., and be knowledgeable in the listed technologies:
