Immediate need for a MIGRATION SCHEDULER for a desktop migration project in the Wilmington area. We're in need of individual to coordinate the system refresh for each end user and handle many appointments per day.

OVERVIEW

- Coordinates the system refresh for each end user.
- Responsible for the coordination of scheduling with the end user, migration lead techs and migration techs.
- Provides direct support and how-to knowledge transfer to end users on a variety of computer related issues.
- Assists coworkers with resolution of end user issues.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer OS and software applications, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the end users' needs.
- Assures that all tickets requiring follow up work and/or calls receive appropriate attention.
- Completes all required documentation of work.
- Assists in developing and documenting improvements to current processes.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- A+ certification mandatory
- Must be detail-oriented and have good experience with managing a schedule (within a desktop migration project) to ensure all devices are deployed on time, to the right people, and at the right time
- Must possess intermediate, advanced preferred, experience with all MS Office products
- Excellent customer service skills and written communication skills
- Requires an associate's degree or equivalent
