Windows 7 Deployment Team Leader

WINDOWS 7 - TEAM LEADER - DEPLOYMENT - ROLL OUT

Start Date - January 2014
Based in Leeds, West Yorkshire

Due to an upcoming project our client is looking to employ a Windows 7 Deployment Team Leader, to lead and manage a small team of Engineer's. Part of the deployment will take place during out of office hours; so you must be flexible to work in the evenings eg (5pm-12am)

WINDOWS 7 DEPLOYMENT TEAM LEADER JOB ROLE:
-You will lead and be responsible for a small team of Deployment Engineer's, so managerial experience is preferred.
-Supporting the deployment of a Windows 7 solution to local IT teams & end users - this will be a hands-on role..
-Experienced with Windows client operating systems (Windows 7).
-Extensive technical experience of supporting enterprise platform migration projects (both hardware & software), with a specific focus moving from XP to W7 or W7 to W8.
-Strong communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with Office 2010 would be a strong plus.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory in large multi-domain environments.
-Practical experience with Group Policy Management..
-Familiarity with Microsoft image deployment technologies and integration with SCCM. Demonstrable experience of W7 deployment with good user skills.
