WINDOWS 10 TECHNICAL CONSULTANT (60%)
Experis IT Switzerland is urgently looking for a Windows 10 Technical Consultant to join one of their clients in Lausanne, a globally renowned consumer goods organization with a fantastic brand! For this role we are looking for a candidate ideally with experience in a similar role to start ASAP who can speak fluent English.

ON THE JOB YOU WILL:
- Assist and Support the end customer in performing test activities.
- In case there is a problem, collect information and material (log files) to allow the remote delivery team to reproduce the problem.
- An escalation point for the testing and deployment teams for all W10 Image related issues (before, during and post rollout)
- Work with customer to add new platforms & technologies into end customers Catalogue related to Windows 10 Project
- Perform follow-up on technical topics for PC platforms including testing of proposed technical solutions approved by customer and document the resolution process
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS:
- Windows10 image installation
- Execute test
- Communication between customer and delivery team
