Responsibilities

-       Manage and deliver technical infrastructure projects
-       Responsible for installation, setup and configuration of windows 2003/2008 Servers for various applications
-       Provide technical support and consultation services of IT systems
-       Develop procedures and manuals to enhance operational efficiency
-       Provide 7X24 standby support 

Requirements

-       University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
-       3 - 5 years IT related working experience (at least 2 years hands on experience in supporting 2003/2008 Servers)
-       MCSE is definitely an advantage
-       Knowledge in SQL server and Citrix, Windows Active Directory and Rightfax, symantec endpoint protection and blade Servers platform, networking and programming is an advantage
-       Good command of both spoken and written English
-       Team player, mature and willing to learn
-       Self-motivate and able to work independently under a tight schedule
-       Pleasant and able to work in customer service oriented environment
