Win7 Application Workstream Coordinator: Compliance GXP

POSITION SUMMARY:

- To support Win7 Project across all locations in EMEA (focus), Latin America and Asia Pacific.
- Win7 Application coordinator will have responsibility for overseeing the progress of the Application Readiness for the assigned applications required for the XP to Windows7 deployments  on track for Q4 2014.
- Fair IT infrastructure knowledge in the end-user domain
- Windows 7, Windows XP
- General understanding of IT application architectures

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
- Strong program/project management & organization skills required.
- Strong teamwork and influence skills required.
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong background in application validation, GXP & UAT testing preferred
- Previous experience managing IT Infrastructure or large programs is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Partner with Win7 Application Workstream Lead, Win7 Project Manager, IT & Business application owners and global Quality and Compliance (GXP/GRQP) team to establish application readiness and execute against those plans
- Win7 App Coordinator will partner with the Win7 Project Manager and the GRQP team to ensure an aligned execution with appropriate documentation and remediation strategies
- Win7 App Coordinator will coordinate activities the ITS supported vendor, to conduct app evaluation, identify remediation efforts and determine remediation activities, costs and timelines
- Win7 App coordinator will track application remediation progress, reporting roadblocks to the Win7 Application Workstream Lead
- Ensure compliance with all IT, GXP and SDLC procedures
- Coordinate Win7 application readiness per user groups to the & Win7 desktop deployment team leads across multiple locations
- Engage local resources from both Business and IT to support application testing and documentation activities
