Win10 Application Portfolio Manager

Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for a Win10 Application Portfolio Manager for a 6 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is for an Application Portfolio Manager responsible for handling all delivery and portfolio aspects for current application and coordinates the migration from Windows 7, 8 to Windows 10 as part of the Win10+ project.
You are responsible for
* accepting customer requests and managing all delivery and portfolio aspects of (a) software running on client (Windows and Mac) and (b) software running virtualized on the SmartWeb terminal services environment
* Managing all delivery and portfolio aspects for applications that are running on platforms as Windows, Mac and Smartweb
* Coordination of change requests throughout the life cycle of the application
* Coordinating and implementing configuration items administration
* Implementing new releases and sets up standards for operational management
* Managing incidents, problems, changes and releases
* Complying with OLAs and QA requirements
* Interfacing with functional teams to coordinate all customer-impacting activities, such as release management, change management, QA, etc.
* Managing internal and external customer situations including problem resource management, internal and external communication, and overall escalation
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years Experience in migration/deployment projects (eg rollout projects), ideally in the application coordination area
* Familiar with Client Computing and SW Distribution capabilities in a global environment
* HPSM tool knowledge
* ITIL Service Management certification (Foundation required, Practitioner and experience strongly preferred)
* Completes tasks and assignments with a strong customer focus and a highly responsive service delivery and support ethic
* Excellent coordination and organizational skills. Effectively manage many different tasks simultaneously. 5 PKT
* Responsible and reliable
* Strong communication skills
* Energy and drive to deliver through team
* Takes a proactive, collaborative and supportive approach when interacting with colleagues
* Experience in international environment
* Very good communication skills in English; German, Spanish is a plus
* Background in Application Portfolio Management
* Project Management skills
* SCCM as distribution tools, App-V
