Win 7 OS Administration

We are Looking for Win 7 OS Admin, Please find the below mentioned JD.

JD:

- Image requirements gathering from Client
- Review the current master image and assess its components
- Requirement gathering on the regional customizations in the image
- Perform the requirement gathering in each region by conducting the workshops with the stakeholders
- Identify the gaps with the master image
- Create the requirement Matrix
- Document the requirements in such a way that helps for image engineering
- Prepare Image Engineering project plan
- Responsible for capture image as per the requirements
- Review of image design documentations and give the feedback to the customer
- Responsible for preparing image test cases
- Review test custom scripts as per the requirements
- Responsible for image testing and issue tracking
- Coordinate with Client SME for Image testing and sign off
- Review Image Engineering project plan and progress
- Coordination with migration team for handover
- Formalize, per site, RACI on master + additional needs, release management, change management
- Responsible for overall reporting and technical documentation needs

Required Candidate Profile

(Job Requirements/Descriptions)

- Strong knowledge in Win 7 Operating System Administration
- Strong knowledge in tools viz. MDT, SCCM, imageX, DISM, Altiris, etc.
- Strong knowledge in image build and test, troubleshooting skills, image modifications (driver/file injection etc.)
- Strong knowledge in task sequence creation and customization
- Strong knowledge in deployment tools viz. SCCM, MDT, Altiris etc.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- Good knowledge in VB Scripting or PowerShell Scripting
- Manage team (onsite and offshore) and ensure deliverables are met on time
- Strong communication & presentation skills

Skills:
1. Strong experience in Win 7 OS Administration
2. Strong experience in image creation and testing, and related documentations
3. Strong experience in imaging tools with respect to Win 7 migration
4. Strong experience in deployment tools with respect to Win 7 migration
5. Strong experience in Active Directory and Windows Servers
6. Good understanding of networking concepts
7. Good knowledge in VB Scripting or PowerShell Scripting
8. Good project management skills

Certifications:
1. Windows 7 Certified
2. SCCM certified and AD certified
3. MCSE or MCTS on Windows 2003, 2008, 2012
