Bedruthan Hotel and Spa is one of the most family friendly hotels in Cornwall, with stunning ocean views across the Atlantic and breath taking coastline.

We are an award winning (South West Large Hotel of the year 2013), privately owned, 4 star hotel with 101 rooms and suites and great leisure facilities.

We also offer Ofsted inspected children's activity clubs, state of the art conference facilities and an exceptional Spa plus two award winning restaurants - an all-day bistro Wild Café (see the Good Food Guide) and The Herring (Cornish restaurant of the year 2013).

We are now recruiting for seasonal Restaurant Hosts to join our team at Wild Café. Our Wild Café is colourful, funky and one of the most relaxed places to eat delicious food in Cornwall.

The food is sophisticated café restaurant fare - where guests can tuck into everything from wonderful roast lunches at weekends to an interesting daily mix of our favourite British dishes, Cornish Meze and Tapas, amazing salads using home grown and foraged Cornish produce and the most yummy cakes, puddings and patisserie.

You must be passionate about delivering consistent, impeccable service and hospitality to our guests whilst reflecting the Red Hotels relaxed approach.

Crucial to the role is your ability to converse with our guests in an engaging manner. It would be an advantage if you have previous fine dining experience with knowledge in wines and barista skills. However training can be provided to the right candidates.

In return we are offering:

£6.35 per hour

Free meals whilst on duty

Live-in accommodation (dependant on availability)

Tronc
Start dates available in April, May, June & July until the end of the season.
