WHOLESALE NETWORK OPERATOR/OSS/BSS, IT (ERP, DWH) MEXICO

Wholesale Network Operator is required for initial one month contract with high possible extensions in January and March to May 2015: Based in Mexico City.

A new Wholesale Operator for 2*45MHz in LTE will be established.

Project Tasks:
The expert must cover all OSS/BSS, IT (ERP, DWH), Wholesale Service platforms, MVNO/E platforms, confidentially and security as well as network operations. Review and specification of IT architectures. List of requirements within these areas. Price benchmarks within these areas.

Required Qualification of Freelancer:
The expert should have already done projects comparable to the requested tasks especially in the Wholesale Business.
