Wholesale Balance Sheet Manager

A leading UK Banking Group has retained Huxley Associates to source an experienced Balance Sheet Manager to join Group Executive Functions within their Wholesale Banking Division.

Rate of pay: £350 per day
Contract Length: 6 month rolling
Location: London / Bristol

This is a great opportunity to inform and shape the business response to current high profile issues such as funding, deliveraging and relationship banking. You will also have strong senior stakeholder exposure.

You will be heavily involved in developing the management information repository for Wholesale Balance Sheet reporting. You will also lead the provision of insight into balance sheet movements, contributing to the development of business strategy and forecasting / financial planning.

Basically, the bank is looking for an SME in Balance Sheet Reporting who, ideally, has experience managing other staff directly and dealing with senior finance stakeholders.

Key skills required include:

- SAP B/W & SAP R3 experience
- Previous Reporting Experience
- CIMA, ACA, ACCA, FCCA qualified etc.
- Excellent office skills
- Past financial services experience and an excellent finance background
- Current knowledge of Wholesale Banking & Markets products, or willingness to learn about them
