Wells Manager - Operator Location:Aberdeen Duration: Staff A great opportunity has arisen to join a small, forward thinking Oil and Gas Operator based inAberdeen. They are in the market for an experience Drilling Engineering professional who is already at management level or feels they are ready to take the first step on the management ladder. They are a small company who have a limited internal Engineering function so the large part of the role will be overseeing and managing the out sourced Well Management Company. The successful candidate will have: * A minimum of 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry. * Experience withNorth Seaoperations, standards and practices. * A substantial knowledge of Well Design over a broad range of areas including HPHT, ERD and Deepwater. * Degree educated in a relevant subject. * A proven track record in leadership and man management. * Entrepreneurial spirit. * High standards of HSE and quality control.
