Welding Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Weld machinery and automation and high volume manufacturing environments; automotive, white goods, etc.
-Work with basic metallurgy, material analysis, and base material properties impact on welding
-Your tasks are weld zone analysis capability; cut, polish, etch, micro scope inspect and interpret for weld quality improvements

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-University degree; engineering, materials, or welding
-Experience in steel welding processes: MIG, TIG, Submerged metal arc, AC and DC flash welding, etc.
-Experience in weld controller programing; voltage, current, time, pressure, wire feed rate, etc.
-Experiences in problem solving and root cause analysis; Red-X, A3, Fish-bone, Green Belt certified
-Fluent in English
-Willingness to travel
