As the successful WebSphere Support Analyst you will:
- Provide 2nd line functional and technical application support.
- Monitor the production systems and identify and solve any incidents within the agreed time spans.
- Understand the business process and be able to support the end users with questions.
- Escalate issues to the vendor or reroute them to the support teams of other business lines.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years working experience within functional and technical application support. We need you to be experienced with maintaining contacts with users.
SystemsPortal support and Functional support
- WebSphere Application Server 7.x, 8.x;
- WebSphere portal 8.x and Java technology;
- WebSphere MQ;
- Unix/Linux 5;
